Product Details
A steel locker with a wood grain transfer print finish and ventilated, lockable doors, sized for hospital staff changing rooms and clinic staff rooms. Every compartment has its own lock, so each staff member has a fixed position instead of a locker that is shared, borrowed or left open.

Ventilation openings in the doors let uniforms and shoes air while the compartment stays closed — the detail that decides whether a locker is used properly or propped open all day. Units join into continuous runs with a shared plinth along the changing-room wall.

Materials
Body and doors:steel with wood grain transfer print finish
Ventilation:door openings
Lock:per compartment — key lock, padlock hasp or code lock
Internal fit-out:shelf and hanging rod
Base:plinth base or levelling feet
Finish:wood grain and plain colours available
Features
Wood grain transfer print finish on steel
Ventilated doors — uniforms and shoes air while stored
One lock per compartment, positions fixed and accountable
Usable internal shelf or hanging rod
Continuous runs with a shared plinth
Numbering or label plates applied before packing

Product Advantage
Wood look, steel performance. A warm wood grain finish without the panel-care regime of timber.
Ventilated, not sealed. Air moves through the door vents, so uniforms do not come out of a closed box.
One person, one lock. A fixed position removes the daily "whose locker is this" problem.
Planned as a wall. Continuous runs read as fitted furniture instead of stacked boxes.
Matches the wood grain office range. Lockers and office storage in the same finish keep staff and admin areas consistent.
Solution to the Pain Point
Pain point in staff changing rooms How this locker answers it
Uniforms smell when stored in a closed locker Door ventilation keeps air moving
Staff have no fixed locker and share by habit One lock per compartment, numbering available
Timber lockers swell in damp rooms Steel body with transfer print finish
Loose lockers look temporary Continuous run with shared plinth and end panels
Adding lockers later breaks the wall alignment Same module and finish for extensions

Design Philosophy
A changing room works when nobody has to think about it. The locker is treated as part of a wall rather than a box: a straight door grid, one plinth line, ventilation built into the door, and a compartment sized to the uniform it holds.
Design Details
Door grid:uniform widths, tier split set at order stage
Ventilation pattern:openings set into the door face
Finish:transfer print wood grain, grain direction aligned across the run
Lock:recessed lock point
Handle:slim dark pull
Plinth:continuous shared line

Company Introduction and Advantages
The transfer print finish is applied in HONGYE's own finishing line, so the wood grain, steel body and lockers stay in one quality standard — see §0.1. The same finish runs across our office storage and workstation range, which lets a hospital match staff areas and admin offices from one supplier.

Guangdong Hongye Furniture Group Co., Ltd. (HONGYE) is a commercial furniture manufacturer founded in 1996, headquartered in Heshan, Jiangmen, Guangdong, China. Over 30 years the company has built six product lines — hotel, office, healthcare, education, apartment and banking furniture — so a hospital project can be furnished from one factory rather than assembled from several suppliers.
The production facility covers 300,000 m² with 10+ production lines, 40,000 m² of exhibition space and 1,000+ skilled workers. Core equipment includes German HOMAG edge-banding lines and Italian BACCI five-axis CNC machining centres, with panel processing, solid wood joinery, metal fabrication, upholstery, stone cutting and finishing integrated under one roof.
HONGYE has completed more than 1,000 commercial furniture projects across 50+ countries and regions. International references include Alibaba Headquarters, Holiday Inn in America, Four Seasons in Saudi Arabia, Charterhouse Lagos in Nigeria, a behavioural health unit in Saudi Arabia and a dementia care facility in Singapore.
Quality is verified through 8 international certifications: ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), BIFMA, GREENGUARD, SGS, CE, CARB P2 and FSC. Products are tested for durability, safety and low chemical emissions to meet contract-grade standards in global markets.

Steel body, wood top and finishing are produced inside HONGYE's 300,000 m² facility, so the steel-to-wood junction arrives as one finished unit . For hospital projects this reduces the number of suppliers coordinating a mixed-material bank.
