Circular modular sofa, and the reason the shape matters. A row of lounge seating assigns a front, a back and a best seat, so a public area quietly tells whoever sits down where they rank. A ring does the opposite: the arc segments are identical, the table sits at the centre, and every seat is the same distance from the conversation.
The 372 cm run is built from arc modules, so the same pieces can close into a circle, sweep as an S through a wide floor, or be pulled apart into a crescent against a wall. Loose cube poufs sit at the open ends, which is what lets the ring be opened for circulation and closed again for a meeting without a facilities request. The round table on its quilted, fabric-wrapped pedestal gives the group a centre and removes a hard edge at shin height at the same time. Outside the curve, low moulded shell chairs and small stone tables sit along the glazing and the circulation edge, so the centre of the floor stays clear and the sunlit perimeter gets used.

All dimensions are taken from the collection specification sheet, in centimetres. Inch values are conversions.

Planning note. The sofa is supplied as arc modules rather than one fixed frame, so the plan is a decision rather than a product. Send the floor plan and we return a dimensioned layout showing how the arcs close, where the ring opens for circulation and where people will walk. Check the arc module dimensions against your lift and door widths before ordering.

Material logic. Two decisions carry this set. First, the soft base: the coffee table's timber frame is wrapped in quilted fabric rather than left in steel or stone, because it stands inside a seating circle where a hard pedestal sits exactly at shin height. Second, the two-tone upholstery: a coloured outer shell with a cream inner seat is specified on the arcs and the shell chairs, so the seating edge that shapes the space is the part that carries the colour, while the surfaces people sit on and touch stay light and quiet. Black sintered stone is reserved for the small side tables, where cups and keys land and where a pale top would show every mark.
Fabric note. Upholstery on the arcs and poufs is customisable. Fabric composition and abrasion test values (e.g. Martindale) are [待确认] and should be published from the mill's own data sheet.

Arc modules, so the plan is a decision. The sofa is built from identical arc segments rather than one fixed frame: the same pieces close into a ring, run as an S through a wide floor, or form a single crescent against a wall. One SKU family, more than one room.
A circle with no head of table. With the ⌀80 × 75 cm round table at the centre and the seating wrapped around it, every seat is the same distance from the conversation. Position stops being a message.
Poufs that open and close the ring. The 38 × 38 × 42 cm cube poufs are loose units — small enough for one person to move — so the circle can be opened for circulation and closed again for a meeting without tools.
A table base with no hard edge. The coffee table's timber frame is wrapped in quilted fabric rather than steel or stone, so the piece that stands inside the seating ring has no hard corner at shin height.
A shell chair that keeps the view line. The 72 × 66 × 47/81 cm moulded shell chair sits on a slim black metal frame, which is why it works in a window lounge or along glazing: the frame reads as line, not as mass.
Colour that names the zone. Sunflower yellow on the outer shells against a neutral terrazzo floor gives the public area a landmark — people describe where to meet by the furniture rather than by a sign.
Two seat heights in one family. The arcs are specified at 42 cm and 72 cm, so a run can step between a low lounge seat and a higher perch without introducing a second collection.
Customisable upholstery. Fabric across the arcs and poufs is matched to the project palette, with metalwork in black powder coating and black sintered stone on the small tables.

Hierarchy removed by geometry, not by policy. Identical arc modules in a closed ring mean there is no head seat and no back row. For organisations that talk about flat structures, this is the version of that idea you can actually sit in.
One family covers the whole public floor. Circle in the centre, crescents at the edges, poufs where people gather, shell chairs along the glazing, small stone tables between them — a single specification instead of four purchases that have to be colour-matched afterwards.
The circle can be broken and put back. Loose arcs and poufs mean a quiet morning layout and a reception layout are the same furniture in a different arrangement. No second set in storage, no facilities ticket, no downtime.
Soft where the public meets the body. Quilted, fabric-wrapped table bases and fully upholstered arcs leave almost no hard edge at knee or shin height on a busy public floor — comfort and safety from the same decision.
A manufacturer that plans the run. Arc seating only works if someone draws the radius, the opening and the circulation line. Layout design and on-site installation are delivered with the furniture, so the curve in the drawing is the curve on the floor.

Public areas are usually furnished by default rather than by plan. Rows of chairs face a wall, a bench runs along a corridor, and a large floor ends up with furniture around the perimeter and nothing in the middle — so the space looks empty while every seat is taken. Where seating does sit in the middle, it is often a fixed banquette that cannot be moved when the floor plan or the headcount changes, and its table has a steel or stone base standing exactly where people's legs are.
This collection treats the arrangement as the product. Arc modules replace the fixed run, so the group can be closed, opened or split; loose poufs let the ring be reformed in minutes for a reception; the round table gives the group a centre without giving anyone a head seat; and the table base is wrapped in quilted fabric so the one hard object inside the circle is soft at the height where people collide with it. Shell chairs on slim metal frames take the perimeter and the glazing, where heavy armchairs would close off the light. The colour does the last piece of work: one saturated yellow against a neutral floor turns the public zone into a landmark people can navigate by. The result is a floor that gets used in the middle, not just around the edges.

Form is the argument here. A row of seating assigns a front and a back, a first and a last; a ring assigns nothing. Because the arcs are identical segments and the table sits at the centre, whoever takes a seat takes the same seat as everyone else — a deliberate refusal of hierarchy achieved through geometry rather than signage.
The collection also treats the public floor as a landscape rather than a leftover. The curve is drawn to be walked around and sat inside; the middle of the floor is furnished, not just its perimeter; the window edge gets low shell chairs because daylight is an asset worth occupying. And the palette does structural work: a sunflower yellow outer shell with a cream inner seat, over a grey terrazzo floor, gives the zone a name. People will arrange to meet "by the yellow sofa" — wayfinding that arrives through the furniture, without a sign.
Underneath it all is a simple priority: the objects placed in a public space should be soft at the height where the public meets them. Quilted table bases, upholstered arcs, no hard corners at knee level. Comfort here is not decoration. It is the reason the space is used at all.

| Detail | Description |
|---|---|
| Arc module geometry | The run is built from identical arc segments, so a ring, an S and a crescent are the same product in different arrangements; a 372 cm run is the specified length, closing into a φ473 cm circle |
| Two-tone shell and piped seam | A coloured outer shell meets a cream inner seat along a piped seam, so the colour that shapes the space sits on the outside of the curve while the seating surface stays light |
| Two seat heights | 42 cm and 72 cm are both specified on the sheet, letting one run step from lounge height to a higher perch without a second collection |
| Quilted pedestal base | Coffee table ⌀60 × 72 cm: MDF top on a fabric-wrapped, stitched quilted timber base — soft at shin height and quiet where it meets a hard floor |
| Side table proportion | ⌀40 × 51 cm with a black sintered stone top on black powder-coated legs — low and small, so it belongs between the arcs rather than in front of them |
| Shell chair frame | Moulded foam shell, 72 × 66 × 47/81 cm, on a slim black powder-coated metal frame; the open frame keeps the glazing line visible in a window lounge |
| Pouf as a movable unit | 38 × 38 × 42 cm cube pouf with high-density foam over a solid wood frame — sized to be shifted by one person, which is what makes the ring reconfigurable |
| Colour placement | Sunflower yellow is used on the outer shells only; cushions, inner seats and poufs stay cream — so the palette marks the zone without turning the group into a block of colour |
| Table-centre arrangement | The ⌀80 × 75 cm round negotiation table sits at the centre of the ring; being round, it can also be dropped into whatever gap an opened configuration leaves |
| No head-of-table layout | Because the seating wraps the centre at an even radius, the arrangement has no front and no best seat — the visual detail that carries the collection's main idea |

Can the circle be sized to my floor?
Yes. Because the sofa is built from arc modules, the diameter is a planning decision rather than a fixed product. Send the floor plan and we return a layout drawing showing the closed ring, the opening for circulation and the clear walking width.
Can the seating be arranged as something other than a circle?
Yes. The same arc modules run as a full ring, as an S through a wide floor, or as a single crescent against a wall — and the poufs can be pulled out to open the ring at any point.
Can the upholstery be changed?
Yes. Fabric on the arcs and poufs is customisable — the shown combination is sunflower yellow and cream with teal-grey accents. Send your project palette and we match it against available fabrics before production.
Does the sofa come apart for access?
Access and lift dimensions should be checked against your building before ordering. Because the sofa ships as arc modules, module dimensions are confirmed against your lift and door widths as part of the order — send us the route and we will verify.
