Product Details
Lounge seating planned around walking frames and wheelchairs rather than around a catalogue page: low arms, rounded corners, wide aisles between seats, and low tables that do not block a transfer.
The layout is the product. Two armchairs and a table can be placed so a wheelchair user joins the group or so they sit in the traffic path — the difference is the clearance, and clearance is set before production.

Layouts are quoted from the room drawing with the required clearances marked.
Upholstery:wipe-clean contract fabric
Frame:solid wood with rounded edges
Table top:with rounded corners
Cushion foam:density
Feet:glide or felt pad
Barrier-free clearances for frames and wheelchairs
Low arms and rounded corners
Wipe-clean upholstery
Low tables with rounded, protected edges
Layout drawing with clearance zones
Colour-block cushions

Wheelchair users join the group. Layout and clearance planned, not improvised.
Rounded, not sharp. Corners and arms rounded for people who use them for support.
Wipe-clean, not delicate. Contract fabric specified for daily cleaning.
Low, not low-quality. Low seat height for easy standing, contract frame inside.
A layout you can see. Clearance zones drawn before production.
| Pain point in waiting and activity areas | How this seating answers it |
|---|---|

Accessibility is a drawing, not an accessory. The set is designed so a person with a frame or a chair can sit inside the group — the clearances are the first thing fixed, the furniture second.

Company Introduction and Advantages
HONGYE builds care and healthcare furniture as one of its six lines, and this lounge set comes from the same woodworking and upholstery plant
Accessibility detailing is not a retrofit here; it is how the range is engineered.

Guangdong Hongye Furniture Group Co., Ltd. (HONGYE) is a commercial furniture manufacturer founded in 1996, headquartered in Heshan, Jiangmen, Guangdong, China. Over 30 years the company has built six product lines — hotel, office, healthcare, education, apartment and banking furniture — so a hospital project can be furnished from one factory rather than assembled from several suppliers.
The production facility covers 300,000 m² with 10+ production lines, 40,000 m² of exhibition space and 1,000+ skilled workers. Core equipment includes German HOMAG edge-banding lines and Italian BACCI five-axis CNC machining centres, with panel processing, solid wood joinery, metal fabrication, upholstery, stone cutting and finishing integrated under one roof.
HONGYE has completed more than 1,000 commercial furniture projects across 50+ countries and regions. International references include Alibaba Headquarters, Holiday Inn in America, Four Seasons in Saudi Arabia, Charterhouse Lagos in Nigeria, a behavioural health unit in Saudi Arabia and a dementia care facility in Singapore.
Quality is verified through 8 international certifications: ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), BIFMA, GREENGUARD, SGS, CE, CARB P2 and FSC. Products are tested for durability, safety and low chemical emissions to meet contract-grade standards in global markets.

Company Introduction and Advantages
Produced on HONGYE's own metal line with the same finish system as the wider storage range, so dividers, storage walls and lockers arrive as one scheme — see §0.1. Our project team supports layout drawings for whole floors rather than single cabinets, which is what open office planning needs.
