Guangdong Hongye Furniture Group Co., Ltd. (HONGYE) is a commercial furniture manufacturer founded in 1996 and headquartered in Heshan, Jiangmen, Guangdong, China. Over 30 years it has built six product lines — hotel, office, healthcare, education, apartment and banking furniture — so a hotel floor or a care residence can be furnished from one factory instead of assembled from several suppliers.
The facility covers 300,000 m² with 10+ production lines, 40,000 m² of exhibition space and 1,000+ skilled workers. Core equipment includes German HOMAG edge-banding lines and Italian BACCI five-axis CNC machining centres, with panel processing, solid wood joinery, metal fabrication, upholstery, stone cutting and finishing integrated under one roof.
HONGYE has completed 1,000+ commercial furniture projects in 50+ countries, including Alibaba Headquarters, Holiday Inn in America, Four Seasons in Saudi Arabia, Charterhouse Lagos in Nigeria, a behavioural health unit in Saudi Arabia and a dementia care facility in Singapore.
Quality is verified through 8 international certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BIFMA, GREENGUARD, SGS, CE, CARB P2 and FSC.

Company Introduction and Advantages
Produced on HONGYE's own metal line with the same finish system as the wider storage range, so dividers, storage walls and lockers arrive as one scheme — see §0.1. Our project team supports layout drawings for whole floors rather than single cabinets, which is what open office planning needs.
Advantage | What it means for a room package |
|---|---|
One factory, whole room | Beds, casegoods, seating and upholstery come from one plant — one finish, one delivery, one responsible supplier. |
Hotel + healthcare lines | The same engineering team works on hotel guest rooms and care rooms, which is exactly the crossover this range needs. |
Contract testing | 8 certifications cover quality, emissions, wood sourcing and safety |
Project service | Room layouts, unit schedules and phased delivery for buildings in operation . |
Export experience | 50+ countries, including projects where shipping volume and packing were the deciding cost. |

Row seating for media rooms: wide arms, an attached side table at every seat, and a back that reclines without pushing into the row behind. Supplied as rows sized to the room, with the aisle width fixed before production.
The side table is the detail that decides how the room is used — drinks and remotes sit at the seat instead of on the floor, and the arm stays wide enough to lean on.
Upholstery:contract fabric or leather
Arm caps:solid wood
Side table:solid wood top
Frame:hardwood / plywood frame
Foam:density, recline mechanism
Wide arms with an attached side table per seat
Recline back with row-safe clearance
Rows sized to the room, aisle fixed before production
Removable seat cushions for cleaning [TBD]
Matched fabric and wood finish across rows
Optional wheelchair parking bay at the aisle end

A table at every seat. Drinks and remotes stay off the floor.
Recline without hitting the row. Pitch is set so the back clears.
Rows, not single chairs. Seat count and aisle come from the room drawing.
Cleanable in place. Cushions removable for cleaning [TBD].
One finish across the room. Arms, tables and upholstery matched.
| Pain point in media rooms | How this seating answers it |
|---|---|
| Nowhere to put a drink or remote | Attached side table per seat |
| Reclining crowds the row behind | Row pitch set from the recline clearance |
| Chairs drift out of line | Rows supplied as fixed units |
| Fabric stained and hard to clean | Removable cushions |
| Wheelchair users left at the back | Parking bay planned at the aisle end |
Comfort is a layout decision, not a cushion decision. The chair is designed around the row: arm width, table position and recline clearance are set together, so the room works as a room.
Arm:wide upholstered arm with solid wood cap
Table:attached, level with the arm
Back:recline with clearance stop
Base:recessed plinth, no visible castors
Upholstery:seams aligned across the row
Upholstery and wood arms are produced in HONGYE's own upholstery and woodworking lines, so fabric, foam and arm finish stay in one quality system — see §0.1. Cinema and media seating for hotels and care homes therefore ships as a matched row rather than assorted chairs.
