Product Details
Two care beds in one room without losing either resident's privacy: a shared headboard wall, a bedside unit and wardrobe at each bed, and transfer space on both sides of both beds.
The room plan is the constraint. Two beds, two residents, two sets of visitors and two care routines have to fit in one footprint — the package is scheduled so that neither bed ends up against a wall on the working side.
Beds, casegoods and clearances are quoted from the room plan.

Two care beds with side rails
Bedside unit and wardrobe per resident
Shared headboard wall with privacy division
Transfer space planned on both sides
Adjustable bed positions [TBD]
Wipe-clean surfaces throughout

Two residents, two zones. Privacy division inside a shared room.
Care can be given from both sides. Transfer space is planned, not left over.
Each resident has storage. A bedside unit and wardrobe per bed.
Cleanable in a shift. Wipe-clean panels and sealed edges.
Fits real room sizes. Scheduled from the plan, not from a standard module.
| Pain point in shared care rooms | How this package answers it |
|---|---|
| Beds pushed against a wall, one-sided care | Transfer space drawn on both sides |
| No privacy between residents | Headboard wall with division |
| Belongings mixed between beds | Unit and wardrobe per bed |
| Surfaces hard to disinfect | Wipe-clean panels, sealed edges |
| Rooms differ from floor to floor | One schedule per room type |

A shared room should still be two rooms. The package divides the space with joinery and storage rather than with a curtain alone, and keeps both beds workable for staff.
Side rail:rounded profile,
Headboard panel:wipe-clean,
Wardrobe:per resident, lockable
Care beds and casegoods are produced in the same plant at HONGYE, with healthcare as one of the six product lines — see §0.1. Completed healthcare work includes a behavioural health unit and a dementia care facility, both of which drove the wipe-clean and privacy detailing in this package

Guangdong Hongye Furniture Group Co., Ltd. (HONGYE) is a commercial furniture manufacturer founded in 1996, headquartered in Heshan, Jiangmen, Guangdong, China. Over 30 years the company has built six product lines — hotel, office, healthcare, education, apartment and banking furniture — so a hospital project can be furnished from one factory rather than assembled from several suppliers.
The production facility covers 300,000 m² with 10+ production lines, 40,000 m² of exhibition space and 1,000+ skilled workers. Core equipment includes German HOMAG edge-banding lines and Italian BACCI five-axis CNC machining centres, with panel processing, solid wood joinery, metal fabrication, upholstery, stone cutting and finishing integrated under one roof.
HONGYE has completed more than 1,000 commercial furniture projects across 50+ countries and regions. International references include Alibaba Headquarters, Holiday Inn in America, Four Seasons in Saudi Arabia, Charterhouse Lagos in Nigeria, a behavioural health unit in Saudi Arabia and a dementia care facility in Singapore.
Quality is verified through 8 international certifications: ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), BIFMA, GREENGUARD, SGS, CE, CARB P2 and FSC. Products are tested for durability, safety and low chemical emissions to meet contract-grade standards in global markets.

Company Introduction and Advantages
Produced on HONGYE's own metal line with the same finish system as the wider storage range, so dividers, storage walls and lockers arrive as one scheme — see §0.1. Our project team supports layout drawings for whole floors rather than single cabinets, which is what open office planning needs.
