Product Details
A shared living and dining suite delivered as one package: three-seat sofa, two lounge armchairs, round coffee table, dining table with chairs and a low shelf run, all in one wood finish with rounded edges.
The point of the package is that the room is furnished once. Seating, table heights and finishes are set together, so the dining corner and the lounge do not look like two purchases.
Quoted from the room plan: send the drawing and the seat count, and we return a package schedule.

Frame:solid wood / plywood
Upholstery:contract fabric, foam density
Table top:wood veneer, sealed
Metal base:powder-coated
Finish:matched across all pieces
One wood finish across seating, tables and shelving
Rounded edges on tables and arms
Seating for four around the lounge table
Dining table sized for two to four
Removable seat cushions [TBD]
Package extendable to further apartments

One finish, one delivery. No mismatched wood between zones.
Sized for older users. Seat height and arm height set for standing up.
Rounded, not sharp. Table rims and arms radiused.
Both zones, one plan. Lounge and dining laid out together, circulation kept.
Repeatable per apartment. Same module across every unit.
| Pain point in shared living rooms | How this package answers it |
|---|---|
| Furniture from several suppliers, visible colour gap | One finish across all pieces |
| Residents cannot rise from low sofas | Seat height specified for standing |
| Sharp corners in a walker zone | Rounded table rims and arms |
| Dining chairs block circulation | Layout set with pull-out clearance |
| Each apartment furnished differently | One module, repeated per unit |
A shared living room is judged by how easily it is used, not by how it photographs. The suite is planned around two movements — sitting down and walking through — and the furniture follows those dimensions.

Arm:solid wood cap, rounded
Table rim:radiused mm
Sofa base:visible wood frame, recessed feet
Cushions:removable covers
Legs:tapered, no sharp edges
Built in the same plant as HONGYE's hotel and healthcare lines — see §0.1. A care apartment package benefits from that crossover: hotel-grade finish standards with healthcare-grade edge and cleaning detailing.

Guangdong Hongye Furniture Group Co., Ltd. (HONGYE) is a commercial furniture manufacturer founded in 1996, headquartered in Heshan, Jiangmen, Guangdong, China. Over 30 years the company has built six product lines — hotel, office, healthcare, education, apartment and banking furniture — so a hospital project can be furnished from one factory rather than assembled from several suppliers.
The production facility covers 300,000 m² with 10+ production lines, 40,000 m² of exhibition space and 1,000+ skilled workers. Core equipment includes German HOMAG edge-banding lines and Italian BACCI five-axis CNC machining centres, with panel processing, solid wood joinery, metal fabrication, upholstery, stone cutting and finishing integrated under one roof.
HONGYE has completed more than 1,000 commercial furniture projects across 50+ countries and regions. International references include Alibaba Headquarters, Holiday Inn in America, Four Seasons in Saudi Arabia, Charterhouse Lagos in Nigeria, a behavioural health unit in Saudi Arabia and a dementia care facility in Singapore.
Quality is verified through 8 international certifications: ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), BIFMA, GREENGUARD, SGS, CE, CARB P2 and FSC. Products are tested for durability, safety and low chemical emissions to meet contract-grade standards in global markets.

Company Introduction and Advantages
Produced on HONGYE's own metal line with the same finish system as the wider storage range, so dividers, storage walls and lockers arrive as one scheme — see §0.1. Our project team supports layout drawings for whole floors rather than single cabinets, which is what open office planning needs.
